When Chris joined, the order management function was in need of refinement and optimization to better support the growing demands of our sales team. Over the course of his time in the role, he took on the challenge and turned his Dept into one of the most efficient and seamless functions my Team interacted with during a period of tremendous growth; in no small part supported by his group.

A very welcome and key achievement was streamlining our processes to enable the sales team to focus more on selling, rather than getting bogged down by administrative tasks. He introduced new systems and automated workflows that drastically reduced manual work, allowing our Account Managers to spend more time engaging with customers. This shift also included directly supporting the team with customer visits, where Chris played an instrumental role in fostering strong relationships with key Strategic accounts, including Costco and Walmart. His deep understanding of customer needs and ability to anticipate and solve problems helped our sales team tremendously in exceeding our financial goals.
